Calligraphy 2 - The Introductory Journey CONTINUES!

A calligraphy workshop with Richard Potashin

Looking for a new way to express your creativity? Get a fresh perspective on lettering and the alphabet. Join us in exploring calligraphy, the ancient art of beautiful writing. We will cover the basics of calligraphy, and acquaint you with a plethora of writing tools, inks and papers. With this knowledge, you will be introduced to two calligraphic hands used for centuries- Celtic and Gothic.

Students can incorporate these hands into small projects, while having a chance to play with a variety of tools in large and small formats. This workshop builds upon a previous Calligraphy class, but we welcome both new students and returning students. All are welcome!
