This class intends to bring us back to what the holidays are about - connection and gratefulness. This 2-hour session will ground us and remind us of what we are most thankful for. We will use the techniques of meditation, reflective writing and watercolor painting to create a composition that will reflect our gratitude for different facets of our lives. We will also learn about color mixing and brush techniques and how to use art as a mindfulness tool.
