Come in and brush up on your knowledge of basic color theory while we also dive into some deeper color theory topics with watercolors!
In this class, we will break out the primary colors to learn how to best mix them to create our very own watercolor piece. Each participant will have the option to experiment with either the traditional painters color wheel or the pigment wheel.
I challenge all of those who attend to lose the black in your color mixing and keep the saturation at its most vibrant!
This class will start by reviewing the primary and secondary colors and then we will dive into the tertiary, analogous, and complementary colors. Once we review the basic color theory topics, we will then apply our new found knowledge to practice shading and create our own artworks!
By the end of this class, you will be able to ditch the unwanted brown mixture and only create it when you choose!
