In this class, we will be creating designs and carving them out on a linoleum block with carving tools by hand. This will challenge you to think of your design with inverted colors and you will learn how to use hand carving tools to create the design yourself, line by line. Once the block is completely etched with your image, the class will learn how to roll out the ink and print! After the blocks are carved, everyone will get a chance to print as many as they would like with many paper options available.
