Occurring right before C5’s regular scheduled Salsa Dancing Class, this beginner’s class cater’s to absolute beginners, shy newbies, or more experienced dancer’s looking for detail on their foundational movements. We hope this will give you the confidence booster to shine with us at any of our Thursday Salsa Dancing Classes!
Salsa Dancing is FUN, anyone can do it with the right tricks and tools. Your teacher is there to guide you into a hip-swiveling, smile-bringing… expression of mind, body and soul.
About your instructor:
Hallie Vickers moved to Bishop 25 years ago with a love for rock climbing and the mountains. Several years later she moved to Santa Barbara to pursue a nursing degree… it was in Santa Barbara that she immersed herself in Salsa Dancing, ultimately dancing and performing with a local Latin dance company, Salsa Barbara. Upon returning to Bishop to settle down, she brought that love of Salsa home with her, teaching Salsa classes and fusion dance classes for many years prior to diving into family life and embracing a career as a RN Care Coordinator. She shares her journey with her handsome hubby, Simon and two fabulous boys, Shiloh and Lee. She’d love to hear from you if you have any questions 760-920-2063.
