Sierra Seven Arts Alliance

The Sierra Seven Arts Alliance is a newly formed collaborative network serving the Central and Eastern Sierra region and consists of the following arts services organizations: Arts and Culture Alpine County, Amador County Arts Council, C5 Studios Community Arts Center, Inyo Council for the Arts, Mariposa County Arts Council, Mono Arts Council, and the Tuolumne County Arts Alliance.  The inaugural collaborative project undertaken by the network will connect the seven counties of the Sierra region in a unique touring art exhibition that will travel to locations in each of the participating counties.

We are inviting submissions for "From Here to There: A Regional Traveling Exhibition - Inyo, Mono, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Tuolumne, and Mariposa Counties"

The arts have the power to reveal and celebrate the connections that weave through the Central and Eastern Sierra: our grand landscapes, unique bioregions, diverse communities, small and intimate perspectives, and future aspirations. Artists play a vital role in illuminating these connections, large and small, tangible and intangible. Through your creative work, you help tell the stories that define this place and deepen the relationship and reverence for our home.

This regional traveling exhibition, presented by the Sierra Seven Arts Alliance, is designed to highlight the breadth and depth of artistic voices across our seven counties. By participating, artists will not only share their work with audiences throughout the region but also contribute to building a stronger, more connected cultural landscape for the Sierras.
