Ecstatic Dance: Freeform Conscious Dance
On Wednesday, October 21st, we will have LUX RISING joining us from Santa Cruz to lead a workshop on Contact Improvisation from 6-7pm followed by our usual dance with music provided by LUX RISING from 7-8:30pm.
Introducing LUX RISING!
Organic house. Global grooves. Afro rhythms. Juicy bass. Heart-opening vocals. Soulful depth. Lux curates dance journeys that weave uplifting anthems, liberatory lyrics, and infectious grooves into ecstatic experiences of joy, connection, and coming home to yourself.
We can't wait to see you all there for this special opportunity!
Ecstatic dance is a substance free event. No experience necessary. Come with an open mind and a body ready to move, however it may please.
Suggested donation $10-20.
